We start every clinic with 30 minutes of speed and agility forms led by Higgins Speed Lab. Focusing on running and change of direction form to make our athletes more explosive on the field. Learn more about Higgins Speed Lab HERE

We finish with our ‘Reps’ clinic maximizing your stick work, dodging, passing, and shooting with drills designed to maximize the number of reps you can get in during our 90-minute sessions. These sessions are perfect for

• College athlete looking to stay sharp over the summer
• Rising HS sophomores and juniors who are in the heart of their club and college recruiting season or may be preparing for an upcoming prospect camp
• Rising freshman to orient them to the speed and tempo of playing High School lacrosse.
• Rising Middle School Players looking to build confidence and gain exposure to advanced shooting concepts

Starts: Tuesday, June 17th running 6 Weeks

(June  17th, 19th, 26th, July 1st. 3rd, 8th, 10th, 15th, 17th, 22nd, 24th) - Off Tuesday June 24th

Time: 8:00-10:10pm

Location: Heavenly Farms Turf Field B, 440 Dunhams Corner Rd, East Brunswick NJ 08816

What: 30 minutes of speed training followed by our 'reps' Shooting Clinic (stick work, dodging, shooting)

Who: Male and Female Players - Rising Middle School (grade 6 fall 2025) thru College

Gear: Boys (Helmet, Gloves, Sticks), Girls (Goggles, Sticks)

Experience Level: Any

Cost: $215 For all 11 sessions ($150 for 'Reps Clinic only')

Bring plenty of water and be ready to work! This is an up-tempo reps-focused clinic and every experience level is welcome. Players will be able to work at the speed/level that works for them and help build the confidence that will make them more efficient and effective players on game day. See you on the field!
